母鳳文博士長期專注于先進異質集成技術與裝備的研究與開發，精通化合物半導體先進材料制備、器件低成本制造及后端封裝整套工藝流程，原中科院微電子所研究員，中科院海外高層次人才，先后主持、參與日本總務省 5G 技術研究項目、日本學術振興會項目、北京市科委重大專項、國家自然科學基金委項目及多項知名產業界公司合作研究項目。以第一、通訊作者身份在頂級及重要 SCI 期刊上發表文章 30 余篇，授權專利 100 余項，相關結果受到國外媒體廣泛報道，多次國際學會邀請報告。曾獲日本東京大學工學院院長獎、 2019 年教育部科技獎二等獎等。
